Walmart Global Technology partnered with Invincible You to design and deliver two leadership journeys, UNLEASH for senior women leaders and RISE for mid-level men and women leaders. Anchored in the Coherence Code™, the intent was to build leadership from the inside out by strengthening inner coherence rather than adding more skills or frameworks. Together, the programs supported 80 leaders in developing a more coherent leadership foundation by working across three domains, Identity, Intent, and Impact. Leaders strengthened clarity about who they are as leaders, how they make choices under pressure, and how those inner shifts translate into consistent leadership behaviour in a fast-growing technology ecosystem.
